History
1965 The first domestic high temperature and pressure-bearing
fasteners production line was invested and built by the Ministry
of Petroleum in Xianyang Petroleum Steel Pipe & Cable Plant.
1980 The Ministry of Petroleum sent expert group to make transformation
for above production line. And the product quality has been
proved to A and B grade from the original C grade.
1986 The high-temperature & high-pressure fastener was
appraised as excellent products of provincial and ministry level.
1986 Constructed the rivet welding production line. As the
first one, designd and manufactured the generator room and desert
enclosing-house.
1996 As the first one appointed as the designer and manufacturer
of electrically driven driller room and high-class generator
room by Petroleum & Natural Gas General Operation
1997 Got the Manufacture License for Boiler-use Fastener
1998 Passed the ISO9002 quality authentication.
2000 In accordance with the documentation of the head office,
we are transformed from The 2 Machinery Branch of Xi'an Yang
Steel Pipe & Cable Plant into Xianyang Juli Petroleum Machinery
Manufacture Co., Ltd.
2002 Got 3 patents including diesel generator room and stringing
tools, etc.
Company Profile
Xianyang Juli Petroleum Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd. is
transformed from the No.2 Branch of Xianyang Petroleum Steel
Pipe & Cable Plant in accordance to the innovation instruction
of China Petroleum & Natural Gas General Corporation with
the original production equipments, products and technics maintained.
We mainly engaged in the manufacture of high-temperature pressure-bearing
fasteners and rivet welding products.
The fasteners production line, constructed in 1965, mainly
provide high intensity and high-temperature resistance fasteners
with metric, american and british system screw threads for oilfield,
oil refinery and power plant as well as other important facilities.
The yearly production capacity is 9 million tons.
In 1986, we constructed the rivet welding production line,
which mainly provide products such as generator house, sand-prevention
and warm-keeping house, driller wing-room and production house
as well as stringing tools and slings and so on for oilfield
and other field works. Our yearly production capacity of movable
houses in various kinds is over 100.
Owe to our years of efforts, our products have reasonable
design and stable quality. The fasteners were appraised as excellent
products of province and ministry level and have passed the
ISO9002 quality authentication. We have 3 rivet welding products
with national patents. Our products enjoy great reputation among
